Reference: JHB001558-KK-1Rollout Contact Person (Chief Expert):Leading the coordination and execution of market rollouts within the Global Finance Back Bone team, ensuring alignment with company standards and procedures. Leveraging deep process and accounting knowledge, along with expertise in change and project management, to oversee the implementation and testing of solutions. Facilitating FIT-to-Template workshops, managing documentation, and supporting defect resolution while ensuring training and migration activities are seamlessly executed. Preferred candidates possess a BCOM in Accounting, with advantageous qualifications including SAP expertise and proficiency in Agile methodology.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:- In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.- Change & Project Management expertise.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to influence and engage effectively.- Strong business acumen.- Prior experience in financial accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, and Cost Accounting.ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:- Experience in global SAP template rollouts.- IT Knowledge (SAP advantageous).- Agile methodology experience.- Proficiency in German.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:- BCOM in Accounting.- Postgraduate degree or certification.- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate and oversee market rollout for designated product.- Maintain an overview of Feature Team-specific processes & structures.- Ensure implementation & testing of Feature Team solution for markets.- Conduct FIT/GAP workshops and introduce template processes to markets.- Organize discussions on potential GAPs with FT experts.- Maintain documentation of findings according to provided approach.- Plan training and ensure its execution.- Coordinate migration mapping workshops and authorisation topics.- Support FT-specific UAT planning and cut over activities.- Coordinate support during stabilization phase.
