The Global BPO is seeking talented individuals to join our team.
We specialize in business process outsourcing, catering to Finance and Accounting, Mortgage Brokering and Real-estate and Multiple BPM Solutions to our clientele in Australia.

This is your chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing bookkeeping files for Australian SME’s, Cooperates and Accounting Practices.
  • Recording Sales invoices and Bills appropriately.
  • Manage accounts payable and account receivable.
  • Carry out bank reconciliation for all relevant accounts.
  • Reconciling Superannuation, Wages, and other appropriate accounts in Statement of Financial position.
  • Preparation of weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly Business Activity Statements.
  • Analyze account data and generate reports as requested.
  • Liaise with Australian clients for daily operational queries.
  • Prepare and submit month-end Management reports.
  • Other relevant monthly/quarterly lodgements such as Superannuation.

Key Requirements:

  • Keen and fast learner and should be an effective listener
  • Partly or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/CA or CPA.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Bookkeeping for the Australian region.
  • Experience in working on XERO, MYOB accounting software is required.
  • Sound knowledge of ATO compliance including GST and payroll.
  • Good communication skills and experience with speaking to overseas clients.
  • Attention to detail & being task oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure with good analytical skills.
  • A good team player with a good attitude and is able to work independently.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage
