Your new company
Leading International Group, which offers exceptional career opportunities and rewards, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager, to lead a team of 3 to 4 Accounts Assistants and take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of accounting services to their businesses in the UK and internationally.
Your new role
The Finance Manager will have responsibility for the smooth delivery of accounting services:
Key dutiesManaging and developing a team of 4 Accounts Assistants
Responsible for the smooth delivery and accuracy of expenses and accounts payable
General ledger management
Month end and annual reporting
Effective management of financial controls and ensuring that accurate accounting records are maintained
Expense management - ensuring expenses are monitored and controlled in line with budget and strategic plan
Monthly and annual financial reporting - compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Accurate and timely production of group consolidated returns
Development of processes, controls and IT systems to drive efficiency and quality

What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant, ACCA, ACA, CIMA with strong technical accounting knowledge.
They will have experience and enjoy people management and development.
They will be highly organised, excellent communicator who works at their best in a collaborative team environment.
They will have an eye for detail and a passion for adding value, driving efficiency and quality.
They will have broad IT skills and enjoy developing systems.
