Would you like to become part of one of the UK's largest Motor Retailers? If the answer is yes, then we have the ideal opportunity to join our team here at our Derby Multisite looking after 3 franchised dealerships as well as a Used Car MotorNation site.

We are offering a fantastic salary of up to £60,000 depending upon experience, plus an excellent range of company benefits including a company car, so don't miss this opportunity, apply now!

Our CMA Accountants are expected to be the best in the industry, and as a successful and growing business, we make no apologies for being highly selective in the calibre of new Accountants joining our business.

The CMA Accountant's primary role is to provide the General Managers with financial support to drive operational performance. They are responsible for the smooth running of the entire accounts function.

A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and their integration into the Group's standard structures. You will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership.

Our Dealership Accountants are key to the success of our businesses. We are looking for somebody with motor industry experience and fantastic leadership qualities. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Kerridge Accountancy software.

You will possess excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills. We are a learning organisation and we want our new Accountant to be engaged with the active coaching and mentoring of their team to instil a learning culture within the business.

We are proud to be the Motor Retailer who invests more in our colleague's personal development than any other, so if you are successful, you can look forward to on-going training opportunities that provide you with the right career path, career progression and a range of benefits you would expect from an employer of choice which includes:
  • 25 days holiday rising with length of service - plus bank holidays
  • Access to our online rewards platform giving you cash back and discounts for multiple retailers
  • Preferential Service Rates
  • Colleague Purchase Scheme
  • Share Incentive Scheme
  • Pension
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity

If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Your role will include us verifying your recent employment, credit history and a criminal record check.
