Business Unit Overview:

Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within firm and its effective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow for managing the direction of deliveries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project management work in Credit Risk team within the Risk Engines Group
  • Candidate should have basic understanding of Credit risk concepts and can understand dynamics of financial industry
  • Need to work closely with Local delivery head and regional Project managers
  • Need to work with Risk Management business group and understand their requirement

Mind set:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project management
  • Proficiency in MPP and Jira
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools will be a plus
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology will be a plus
  • Good understanding of Financial industry and risk management
  • Basic knowledge in SQL and programming language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and team player
