Job Description

As a Correspondence Representative, you serve as a pivotal link in facilitating effective communication channels between SS&C and a diverse array of stakeholders, including the fund company's advisors, shareholders, and other external parties. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks focused on delivering timely, precise, and professional responses to inquiries, complaints, or information requests. A fundamental aspect of your role lies in possessing a nuanced comprehension of the English language, encompassing not only grammatical constructs but also proficiency in handling plurals, possessives, and other intricacies of linguistic expression. Additionally, your role demands a comprehensive familiarity with all work types within the processing department and includes a deep understanding of the intricacies of each task.
