The key purpose of this role is to specialize in analyzing and managing the financial aspects of inbound and export operations. Ensure the financial efficiency and profitability of export and import activities, ensuring resolution of queries and streamlining processes

The key roles and responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial data related to inbound export operations
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending strategies for improvement
  • Preparing financial reports and forecasts for inbound and export activities
  • Assessing and managing financial risks associated with inbound and export operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and export laws
  • Evaluating the financial viability of potential export markets and customers
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Overseeing the accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Implementing and maintaining internal controls
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
  • Calculation of production cost impact and impact to VIC
  • Tracking and monitoring of VLC costs vs production, ensuring budgets are maintained
  • Ensure export and import systematic closure, with correct and accurate systematic postings across all entities
  • Closure and resolution of claims queries, with RCA and with the implementation of mitigation strategy

  • Relevant Bachelors degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • 3 - 5 years operational or planning experience in FMCG
  • Deep Knowledge of NoCC Logistics and Planning processes, specifically inventory management
  • Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles
  • Improvement through root cause and trends analysis using Belt methodology
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Must be able to work under continuous pressure for extended periods
  • Clear and strong communication skills

Additional Information:

Band: VIII
  • 45 hour work week
  • Shift work as required
