Job Description:

As a Credit Control Call Center Representative, you will be at the forefront of managing our clients' accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any outstanding issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their payment-related queries and concerns.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Updating client accounts accurately and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment, preferably in insurance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and resolve disputes.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
