Skills (must have)
  • Bachelor's degree is must, preferably in Communication field.
  • Proven experience in a similar communication role, preferably within the IT Service Management sector.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of corporate communication principles, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to build relationships.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of Design, editing skills, Layouts, etc. Must have a Creative mindset w.r.t. email designing.
  • Candidates should be proficient in in Designing emails, Newsletters. Create content in good layout.
  • Partners with IT & Brand Experience team to pair written communication with design elements and photography when appropriate for distribution
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay informed about IT industry trends, and best practices in corporate communication.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as communication specialist.
  • Experience in communication Campaigns and mass communications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft softwares, digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong acumen of Outlook templates layouts & design, Distribution lists, html, SharePoint and Word Press is must.
  • 24/7 environment support model.

Skills (good to have)
  • IT industry accreditation considered an asset. Additional certification(s) in Microsoft, Cisco or other IT technologies is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of all communication requests till completion
  • Initiating conversations with requestors to discuss and understand the request.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Identify opportunities to promote releases, and other engagements, respond to inquiries and manage communication when necessary.
  • Create compelling and engaging content collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex research and topics into accessible and informative content for different target audiences.
  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies to increase engagement, reach, and visibility. Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow among different teams. Foster a positive and inclusive communication culture within the institution.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop communication plans for events, create engaging event-related content.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders. Develop communication strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with these stakeholders, keeping them informed about the IT activities, announcements, Advisory etc.
  • Following standard procedures and proper escalation channels with internal teams.
  • Document all work related activities and notes in ITSM tool.

Must completer full time bachulors dgree.
