As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Job Overview
  • Able to provide review and processing support in formatting the document as per PwC Financial Statements guidelines or making the document consistent with client format.
  • Able to provide review and processing support for Roll-forward or creating pro-forma for the current year values and dates based on the prior year's financial statements.
  • Flexible to work in a 24X7 model, preferably during US hours and on Indian holidays and festivities

Activities to be performed:
  • Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.
  • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients. Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work.
  • Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology. Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Communicate with empathy and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience.
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively.
  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce/Finance
  • Moderate level knowledge in Microsoft Suite (primarily Excel and Word)
  • 4 years and above of professional experience in review of Financial Statements Formatting and Roll-forward work.
  • Ability to work independently or with very little supervision.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ensuring high standard of quality in deliverables and being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
