Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity for a proactive, efficient and conscientious individual with strong financial and communication skills, who is a team player and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Full responsibility for the monthly standard reporting, review of the P&L and accountability for ensuring that results are not materially misstated for each tower Technology CAPEX
  • Tracking and coordinating the Tech projects through a data driven approach understanding the Key metrics and proper governance model
  • Drive a customer focused mind-set in the team
  • Preparation of the annual 1 YP and PMO dashboard

Key outputs and responsibilities:

Agile Ways of Working
  • As a squad member, this role is responsible for collaboration and embracing the change of agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and shared responsibility.
  • It requires ownership of work on the sprint backlog, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the squad.

Project excellence
  • Ensure projects are adhering to the methodology - driving standard governance and routine. Flag non-compliance and support corrective action
  • Track CAPEX commitments and engage stakeholders on PMO governance

Monthly Process (reporting/analysis/review/LE)
  • Accurate, complete and timely reporting for each Tower
  • Completion of month-end analysis and accurate commentary provided
  • Completion of reconciliations between systems (e.g. SAP ;Syspro )
  • Ensure costs are allocated to correct project and identify corrective action if required
  • Preparations of Journals if necessary and valid supporting documentation provided
  • Track Dtech budget against targets, reconcile and escalate if necessary • Highlight risks and opportunities during the month and course-correct where possible
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve results

Annual Planning / Budgeting
  • Support with providing accurate budget requirements by tower
  • Provide the facts and figures for all relevant budget calculations
  • Ensure all initiatives are properly embedded in the budget
  • Prepare management review presentations, respecting Zone guidelines, templates and timelines
  • Ensure final budget is submitted to be uploaded in all relevant tools (SAP, Anaplan)

PMO
  • Prepare process flow and ensure adherence
  • Deliver compliance aligned to controls
  • Support respective teams to navigate process

Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA may be preferred).
  • Embodies the AB InBev culture and 10 principles
  • High sense for accuracy
  • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, etc), with particularly strong Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of consolidation & reporting tools (Cognos, TM1, BI)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems - SAP, Syspro
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills & problem solver
  • Used to working with deadlines
  • Ability to work in a well organized, accurate and reliable manner
  • Working in a multi-cultural environment
  • High level of service mindset
  • Coordination skills, Presentation skills and a high sense of accuracy
  • Communicative, team oriented and open for change
