We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as an Accounts Receivable/Finance SAP Specialist.

This role is responsible for supporting the Accounting Services Team with overseeing and managing all SAP accounts receivable activities, policies and procedures in accordance with standards of good accounting practice.

Reporting to AR Manager tasks include but not limited to:
  • Ensuring accurate processes for SAP invoicing is in place for members and customers
  • Preparation of SAP processes and implementation for sundry invoices, refunds, remittances, statements, or credit notes
  • Preparing SAP for monthly statement and fees payments for customer and member accounts
  • Overdue accounts and contact members, or customers regarding payment and liaising with wider finance team as required
  • Assisting AR Manager and management team as a finance SAP professional.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Specialist accounting/financial knowledge especially in AR
  • An excellent SAP Knowledge and experience is essential for this role
  • Good Management and team training experience
  • Ability to provide accurate output within assigned deadlines
  • Good proficiency with Excel and Microsoft office and Pacsoft an advantage
  • Experience working in a team-based environment
  • Previous exposure to a medium/large ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+5 years SAP Finance - Accounts Receivable experience preferable.
