As a part of the Marsh Advisory team in Knowledge Services function of MMGS, the colleague would support our MENA Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) stakeholders and provide solutions in the increasing needs of ERM.

MMGS is a global knowledge center for Marsh McLennan and houses teams, which work closely with the colleagues across various operating units and locations. This position is out of our Mumbai, India office of MMGS.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients mitigate some of their most difficult problems across various risks.

Help build out the value proposition for the ERS team
Help with Identification, Assessment, Analysis and Prioritization of the enterprise wide risks
Perform extensive research and create risk management frameworks
Create client ready presentation on the entire risk assessment along with mitigation plans
Work alongside team members to ensure the timely completion of deliverables

We will count on you to:

Design and implement Risk Management frameworks, in terms of:
Gap Assessment and Roadmap development
Risk Appetite Frameworks/ Statements
Risk Governance
Coordination of Risk Assessment campaigns
Quantitative Risk Analysis
Strategic Plan Risk Analysis
Development of Key Risk Indicators
Risk Culture Enhancement
Risk Reporting
Ad-hoc initiatives (i.e. Operational and Insurable Risk Assessments);
Help build the ERS value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solution
Conduct periodic Risk Assessment from risk identification to risk mitigation, review the identified/open risk and guide the client engagements and support function to treat the risk through cost effective controls
Develop and implement tailored concepts for risk recognition, measurement, and control
Be open to develop and lead ad-hoc projects aimed at optimizing clients internal controls and risk management systems
Conduct extensive research to enhance the output and improve the value proposition of the current solution
Communicate the solution, its parameters, its assumptions and its inner workings to audiences who vary widely in their levels of technical fluency and seniority
Build, manage and train a team of world class Enterprise Risk professionals
Build a sound project management system in place

What you need to have:

Graduate Degree in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics / Econometrics etc or Engineering, MBA from a reputed university or college is a plus
10+ years of experience on consulting projects specially in the domain of ERM
Extensive understanding in ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Framework Standards
Extensive experience on working with Risk Frameworks
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills
Great written and verbal communication - English
A team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management
Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate technical matters to a non-technical audience. Fluency in additional languages constitutes an advantage, preferably Arabic.
This position requires frequent business travel which may last 3-4 weeks depending on the project requirements within the Middle East region including but not limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman etc.
