The Role...

Goals and Objectives:

* To work as part of the wider Collections Function, dealing with all aspects of credit control to maximize cash collection and cash flow, whilst reducing risk;

* Reducing overdue debt to a minimum, working towards individual and team KPI targets;

* To maintain a high level of customer service at all times;

Debt collection using telephone, email and letter procedures against monthly cash performance targets


* Manage credit risk of a large portfolio of customers, including but not restricted to

* Reconciliation of customer accounts

* Follow Otis policies through to sending an account to a 3rd Party service provider where appropriate

* Review Credit Lines to aide growth whilst improving cash flow

* Be a central point for all debt related issues regarding your customer base

* Organize client meetings with Service Managers to facilitate a resolution of unpaid debt;

* Detailing invoice queries and updating the business systems of any reason for non-payment;

* General office duties

Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge:

* Office administration and customer service experience are essential

* Knowledge of customer billing requirements and the issues that can arise that lead to a customer dispute are desirable

* Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

* Knowledge of the details of the sales and operational processes in relation to invoicing a customer correctly

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
