This is a key role which connects the client with all teams within the Global Payments Business - Trading, Sales, Operations, IT as well as correspondent banks.

The candidate will assist the global client services team with their day to day actives.

  • Work with Client Management team, Client Support team, Operations team, and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
  • Provide Clients with day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
  • Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
  • Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • For complex investigations, escalate and engage appropriate members of the Client Management team to determine and arrive at resolutions.
  • Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
  • Responsible for establishing successful relationships with all internal team.

  • Working in the Banking Team in Client Services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
  • Self-reliant and confident working within a small team with exposure to key business stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations.
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • German or French language proficiency is Required
  • 5 + years of experience
  • Experience in the Banking sector pertaining to Global Payments is preferred
