We are on the lookout for an Bookkeeper!

Key Requirements:
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets.
  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies.
  • Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
  • Paying supplier invoices and reconciling bank account/ Xero balances.
  • Assisting in completion of VAT returns.
  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of accounts.
  • Ensure payroll is accurate and records are maintained.
  • Support management in the accurate production of budgets.

Successful candidates must have valid:
  • Have comprehensive knowledge on Xero and Microsoft , in particular Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Systems analysis skills.
  • Be able to pay attention to detail.
