Job Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Treasure Tree Limited. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing the operations and performance of the branch. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, including investment, insurance, and health insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Supervise and support branch staff to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of financial services products and assist customers with their financial planning needs
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to achieve company goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
