Job Overview

A L Paper House is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the Paper industry
  • Proficient in mathematics and financial analysis, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Knowledge of FSC Certification and other sustainability standards
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficient in using Tally or similar accounting software


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, including regular communication to ensure their satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through effective sales techniques
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Conduct regular account reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Stay updated on industry developments, including product knowledge and market trends
