  • Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
  • Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
  • Dealing and execution of trades in Equities, Derivatives, Bonds and Currencies
  • Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
  • Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision making regarding investments
  • Acquiring Clients Internally for increasing revenues to the company
  • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing and increasing volumes across equity and derivative segments.
  • Error-free and smart trade execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely manner, managing risk, maintaining margins and balances as per daily carry forward positions.
  • Recommending and discussing trading ideas with clients which include arranging analyst meets with clients, sharing news and important developments in particular scrip.
  • Monitoring market movement, with regards to the client's portfolio,so as to avoid extraordinary losses on outstanding positions, and to identify opportunities which arise out of daily price fluctuations.
  • Identifying clients potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business income.


Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related business field
  • 2+ years experience in an BM position in the BFSI industry
  • NISM Exam clearance & renewal as per requirement
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
