Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their productivity and professional development. Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet the organization's retail finance goals and objectives. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. them, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
