Role - Sr Pricing Analyst

Work under limited supervision and in collaboration with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will make pricing recommendations to ensure compliance with public pricing policy. You will assist with the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products, and you will review final pricing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Create technical solutions for Honeywell which drive Pricing excellence, innovation, and reporting. You will work with Pricing, Business, and IT professionals to enable Pricing deal desks through application of systematic discounting guidelines and transactional data analytics. You will use your knowledge and experience to generate automated solutions to complex problems in area of pricing analytics, administration, setting price policies, improving profitability and tracking of price performance.. You will use your understanding of Business practices to communicate with functions across Honeywell. You will use your innate curiosity to dig into problems, constantly asking the question "how can i make this better?"

Critical Parameters:
  • Analytical skills to connect disparate information (data from different sources, processes, people, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large transformation projects working with multiple function
  • Solve complex problems in area of pricing analytics and tracking of price performance
  • SAP, PROS and Tableau pricing experience
  • Pricing or Commercial or Finance background must dealing with large datasets

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Strong Analytical skills - more specifically being able to connect disparate information (data from different sources, processes, people, etc)
    • Transactional pricing toolkit experience
    • Value toolkit knowledge and experience
    • Pricing waterfall tool understanding
    • Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
    • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
    • Balance theoretical thought with practical
    • Integrative thinker
    • Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
    • Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
