  • Minimum 2 Years on Paper experience of Assistant Manager (Credit card Collection/Recovery Process).
  • Minimum Education Graduate-in any stream.
  • Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations
  • Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
  • Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for Agents.
  • Rotational shift / Rotational Weekoff
  • Excellent communication & Team handling skills required
  • Should know knowledge about bouquet
  • Language known Multi Lingual apart from Tamil
  • Credit card collection through telecalling
  • Performance Incentives
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
