  • QuickBooks proficient
  • Manage old accounts, open new accounts
  • Knowledge of purchase order system
  • Accounts receivables
  • Check deposits

  • Enter payables and analyze invoices
  • Submit invoices for approval, issue payments, cut checks as needed
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Review and manage expense reports
  • Complete and submit credit applications
  • Review master contracts, update insurance certificates
  • Collections
  • Daily mail management
  • Review & correct jobsite orders for accuracy
  • Assist with prelims
  • Manage credit card payments

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
