Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
  • Liaising with External Auditors and taking the responsibility to complete External Audits in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the integrity of the General Ledger is maintained.
  • Monitoring and guiding subordinates to ensure expected deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Monitor and provide suggestions to enhance internal controls.
  • Assist in managing cash flows and ensure payments to vendors are made without any disruptions to the operations.
  • Present monthly financials along with key insights to the management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting and/or full/part qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, and CMA.
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Should be below the age of 40.
  • Experience in working with SAP systems would be an added advantage.
  • Applicant should be self–motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
