Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12 or A levels

Finance qualification

Experience:

3 -5 years minimum working in a finance environment

Finance/ banking environment.

Strong people management skills

Responsibilities:

• Management of data reconciliations and loss prevention controllers.
• Ability to Develop and measure staff
• Management of Key performance areas for regional staff and implementation thereof for direct reports.
• Ability to manage a large teamAbility to restructure teamsManagement of training plans and the ability to adapt to change in the organization.
• Build a solid cross functional working team to support the business globally.
• Build a succession plan for the business in conjunction with the development plans for all employees. Developing/building sound business relationships with the relevant airline loss prevention and in turn building a manageable reporting frame work on loss in line with the airline strategy,
• Continually seek to improve losses and work with the airline on new solutions across all areas of the business
• Continually seek to change the solution design and be at the forefront for continuous improvement with the business.
• Maintain constant review and reporting of the management function detailing:
