Role Description

This position will be a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ. The primary responsibilities will include managing financial operations and overseeing all financial reporting for the company. This includes creating and maintaining all accounting roles, (A/P, A/R, payroll, budgets, managing cash flow, preparing financial statements).

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance strongly desired, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with financial software and systems, including MS Excel, Quickbooks, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Full accounting duties through General Ledger including journal entries, balance sheet and Income statements. Properly store and manage financial data.
  • Payroll processing and Employee file management. Background checks, etc.
  • Reconcile all monthly Bank statements.
  • Accounts Payable management.
  • Accounts Receivable management.
  • Reconciling and auditing credit cards.
  • Reconciling monthly invoices to Bank and Postal account transactions.
  • Prepare various correspondence as needed.
  • Provide administrative support when needed.
  • Working with CPA firm, Compile important documents for tax preparation.
  • Perform Quarterly Estimated Tax payments.
  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales-tax returns and payments.
  • Year-end 1099 preparations and E-filing.
  • Maintain Loan amortization and depreciation tables.
  • Assist in SOC2 compliance process and maintenance thereafter.
  • Maintain filing system of hard copy documents.
  • Assist President in Ad Hoc reporting and research when needed.
