Position Summary: Apply principles of accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP to the month end close and financial reporting process. Leverage experience and knowledge of processes and procedures that govern the timely and accurate compilation of financial statements.

What you'll do:

* Prepare the quarterly consolidation, consolidated financial statements and other supporting schedules for the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents
* Prepare the supporting schedules for the quarterly earnings release
* Prepare the quarterly debt covenants
* Support month end and year end closing
* Create and maintain SEC calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: financial close, BOD package, press release and 10-Q/K
* Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance
* Assist in coordinating the annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
* Prepare the calculations related accounting entries for all stock-based compensation plans of the Company
* Act as an administrator within the Company's Blackline software instance
* Review the Company's accounting for leases
* Participate in other projects as required

About you:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Have strong organizational skills and communication skills (oral and written)
* Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams at multiple locations.
* Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively work under tight deadlines on a regular basis.
* Requires the ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
* Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
* Position requires a minimum of two years of public accounting experience.
* Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office products, as well as general ledger systems, business planning software, or other reporting tools, JD Edwards experience preferred.
