We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager, International Tax to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international tax, with Big 4 and/or industry experience. This role requires expertise in managing international tax provisions for publicly traded organizations with complex cross-border operations, as well as proficiency in U.S. international tax compliance, planning and reporting matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a robust background in international tax, with considerable experience gained from either Big 4 accounting firms and/or within an industry setting.
  • Responsible for international tax calculations, including but not limited to E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credit.
  • Assist with reviewing international tax provisions for a publicly traded organization with intricate cross-border operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage U.S. international tax compliance and reporting matters, staying abreast of regulatory changes, and implementing necessary processes.
  • Provide strategic tax planning guidance to the business on international operations and cash repatriations.
  • Structure cross-border organizations and lead reorganization transactions to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Oversee the companies transfer pricing compliance processes.
  • Serve as the Pillar 2 Project Leader and providing leadership in alignment with global tax strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on various domestic and international tax topics, staying informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Utilize your experience to navigate tax audits and controversies, representing the organization and ensuring compliance with tax authorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. CPA or master's degree in taxation or other relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Experience in international tax, with a strong preference for candidates with a combination of Big 4 and industry experience.
  • Proven experience in managing tax provisions for publicly traded organizations with complex cross-border operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Strong background in tax planning, including the structuring of international acquisitions and reorganization transactions.
  • Leadership experience in transfer pricing and BEPS reporting including Pillar II.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research on complex tax issues and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proficient in international tax calculations, including E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credit.
  • Previous experience in handling tax audits and controversies.
  • Proficient in excel and tax research, transfer pricing, tax provisioning and tax compliance tools.
  • Experience with OneStream or Hyperion systems preferred.
