Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric and Certificate or Diploma (Accounting / Personal Assistant / Secretarial)
  • 3+ years' experience in similar role.
  • Fluent Afrikaans and English (write, speak, understand)
  • S.A Citizen or Resident with valid ID
  • Clear credit and criminal records
  • Relevant further qualification(s) - advantageous

Experience / Knowledge:
  • Pastel Accounting
  • Debtors in all aspects
  • Administration regarding:~ Payroll
    ~ SARS
    ~ VAT
    ~ Suppliers
  • HR - Administration regarding salaries, leave, contracts, etc.
  • Oversee IT & Software administration: renewal of software licenses, arranging webinars, coordinate software problems, arrange new computers for staff, arranging set up and purchasing, etc.
  • Shared Expenses: administration of intercompany expenses, etc.
  • Personal Assistant to partners
  • General Office Administration

  • Independent / creative thinker
  • Detail Oriented - deliver accurate date in prescribed format
  • Level headed and quick thinker
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to meet hard deadlines
