Position: Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager

We're actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to lead our dedicated accounting services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of accounting functions for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a robust accounting background, effective leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored accounting solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.

Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Offer guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure the continuous professional development of the team.

Client Accounting Services:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving clients' financial performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for achieving financial goals.

Technology Integration:
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge accounting technologies to enhance efficiency and provide clients with real-time financial insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend technological advancements to streamline processes.

Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures within the CAS department.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation is required
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on client accounting services.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
