Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for our Seattle, WA client, experts in the preconstruction and construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely pay for our employees while handling various payroll-related tasks. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply today.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily operations within the payroll department.
Enter precise employee information and pay data into our systems.
Submit new hire reports to the state as required.
Process employee verification of employment requests promptly and accurately.
Assist employees in registering for or resetting access to online pay stubs.
Handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion and professionalism.


High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in payroll administration is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong customer service skills with an understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in management reporting systems.
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Advanced PC skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
