We are a global asset management firm with AUM in the $8bn range. We are looking to hire a Sr. Fund Analyst/Assistant Controller to support a growing private credit fund.

Minimum 4 years experience in working at investment fund, fund administrator, public accounting firm or similar.

• Degree educated with focus or major in accounting.

• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) preferred.

• Sound understanding of fundamental financial and accounting principles (US GAAP and IFRS).

• Confident using Excel and general appreciation of data management

• Possession of other relevant IT skills is a bonus

• Willingness to challenge status quo and seek process improvement, particularly on process automation

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to take on ownership and responsibilities

• Proven organizational skills; able to cope with changing client needs and deliver successful results within agreed

upon timeframes.

• Possess ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle numerous ad hoc responsibilities and prioritize effectively.

• Detail oriented; able to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning.
  • • Self-motivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Minimum Requirements and Education:
  • You should possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in operational, accounting, or auditing roles.
  • Previous experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm would be advantageous with Financial Services clients
  • We value financial services experience, especially a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial, along with highly developed interpersonal skills, fostering seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, enabling effective communication in various formats.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a CPA certification.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a genuine eagerness for personal growth and development.
  • Adaptability, strong organizational, and time management abilities are essential.
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
