Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly and Yearly Financial Closing: Be at the forefront of our financial operations, assisting in the meticulous review process for monthly and yearly financial closings across select entities.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Take charge of preparing financial statements and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • International Accounting Oversight: Oversee accounting and tax matters for select foreign entities, including essential intercompany tasks, to ensure seamless operations across borders.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency and accuracy, driving our financial operations to new heights.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Aid in documenting local accounting processes and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
  • General Ledger Reconciliation: Skillfully reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, providing clear insights into our financial standing.
  • Union Process Management: Manage and oversee the union process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Dive into exciting ad hoc projects, leveraging your expertise to tackle challenges and drive strategic initiatives forward.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-driven individual who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish required.
