Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join our Valuation & Advisory team based in our waterfront Auckland CBD premises.
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional to provide administrative and operational support to a small, high-performing team of Valuers specialising in industrial assets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our valuation processes and the effective coordination of team activities.
The value you'll add

Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality valuation reports
Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports, and other documentation
Prepare invoices and assist with debtor management
Coordinate team and client events and meetings
Maintain databases and files
Support the team to ensure success


1+ year experience in a similar role
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
