Looking for a rewarding role working for a unique company?

Note: this is an office based role - no remote or hybrid on offer

Working 39 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday, you will be supporting the Financial Controller in the following activities:

Purchase Ledger
Allocating payments and matching
Reconciling bank accounts
Monitoring debtor balances
Raising sales invoices
Managing customer accounting enquiries via email and phone
Managing petty cash transactions.
Running reports and managing data.
Support with the Month-End processes
Assist the Assistant Accountant & Company Accountant with Year End Audit.
Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
Undertake any other reasonable requests as directed by managementYou will need:

Experience in a similar role
Strong IT skills
Foreign currency knowledge would be hugely advantageous but not essentialHours of work are between a start time of 8am and 9am and finish times between 4:30pm and 5:30pm - flexibility is required
