NIVODA - Finance Associate - Payment Reconciliation

Nivoda is looking for an experienced Finance Associate to join our team. This role, based in Mumbai, and provides a opportunity to be a part of the Accounts Payable Team of a rapidly growing company. This is a Contract Role for a period of 3 months. You will be responsible for Payment Reconciliations and ensuring complete accuracy and timely communication of the status for all the suppliers accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Reconciliation of All Supplier Accounts - Payments Accuracy to be validated
  • This would involve checking each supplier account payments on Portal with the payments cleared in bank statement
  • Take the required action after reconciliation - identify any missing payments, over/under paid etc.
  • Co-ordinate with Internal Teams to take the required action
  • Keep the Reconciliation Tracker up to date for all suppliers with all relevant comments
  • Flexible to take up additional tasks as per requirement
  • Support other team members for any query resolutions/additional tasks


What you'll need:
  • Min 06 months to 1 Year of work experience, in Accounts Payable
  • Commerce Graduate
  • Ability to deliver under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in using Excel / Google Sheets for analysis
  • Able to adapt and respond to changing environment
  • Highly trustworthy and a high level of integrity, whilst maintaining a positive attitude, by always doing the right thing in the correct way
  • Clear and effective communication skills with internal teams, external vendors, and auditors
  • Proactive approach, and very much used to taking ownership
  • Flexibility to Work from office and support on weekend, as per requirement
