As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our finance team and contribute to our audit compliance efforts on a Fixed Term Contract with a 6-month duration.
The role:As a Finance Assistant specialising in audit compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of our organisation. This fixed term position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities include:

Assist in the preparation and coordination for external audits.
Collaborate with our team to provide/gain necessary documentation and information.
Ensure compliance to auditing standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy retrieval during audits.
Monitor/review financial transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Work closely with the finance team to resolve any issues promptly.
Implement and monitor compliance procedures to ensure adherence to industry guidelines.

We are ideally looking for:
Previous experience in finance or audit compliance roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with a CRM would be beneficial.
