What’s on offer to you as an Accounts Assistant
  • Basic salary of £20875 per year.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30

What are the essential requirements of an Accounts Assistant
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to self-check.
  • The ability to work alone, and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in using basic Microsoft packages.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent numeracy skills are essential.
  • GCSE Maths and English C or above.
  • Previous experience of ‘Client accounting’ would be advantageous.

A day in the life of an Accounts Assistant
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Processing emails providing support to our lettings administration, and property management teams.
  • Working in line with company policies and appropriate legislation (GDPR).
  • Various ad hoc duties.
  • Various weekly, monthly, and ad hoc administrative and accounting duties.

The Finer Details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
    Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Drivers Licence Check
