Accounts Payable (AP) Support Analyst - 6-month FTC

SThree are delighted to announce that we're looking for a talented Accounts Payable (AP) Support Analyst to join our wonderful team!

The chosen candidate will support SThree's overall purpose to bring skilled people together to build the future. The role's primary function will be to support all areas of Accounts Payable.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
  • Prioritising daily workload
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Managing queries to ensure all are resolved
  • Working closely with both vendor master and payments team to ensure end to end tasks are met.
  • Ensuring all invoices are audit and VAT compliant
  • Actioning debit balances, creditors and vendor statement on a timely basis
  • Approval of timesheets for contractors
  • Problem solving
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • Ensuring all queries are captured and dealt with to complete end resolution
  • Escalations to the Accounts Payable Team Lead where appropriate

What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
  • Finance experience (or in a similar Customer Service related field)
  • Resourceful and good attention to detail, willing to question and investigate
  • Self-Starter, pro-active approach essential
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and individuals in order to achieve objectives
  • Identifying when to escalate issues to senior management for resolution / action
