Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk


Salary:
£26,032 annually pro-rata
Hours: 37 hours per week - FTC 6 months

Head Office in CardiffAn opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the finance team at our client's Head Office in Cardiff. Specialising in the affordable housing, social care, and health sectors in Wales, our client operates as a socially responsible business, reinvesting all profits for the benefit of their tenants and residents.

Key

Responsibilities:


Managing the purchase ledger system, including data entry, invoice handling, and reconciliation.
Addressing purchase ledger queries and ensuring timely resolution.
Executing payment runs and handling urgent requests.
Monitoring invoice processing and adherence to supplier terms.
Administering purchasing cards and ensuring accurate reporting.
Essential qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word at a minimum foundation level.Benefits:
