Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

In this pivotal role supporting our Delivery Partner network, you'll be bringing together two teams to work collectively as one, as we evolve and transition to a new way of working with our Delivery Partners. With several large projects on the go, you'll be supporting our operational network ensuring key support programmes and activities are undertaken.

You and your team will own and look at continuous improvement of key processes by applying in-depth analysis and process improvement techniques with a focus on internal controls. This is a broad role from managing the pays for all our Delivery partners to providing network support in relation to equipment (eg. fuel cards, uniform & vehicles and branding), reseller, and delivery partner compliance.

You'll be a strong people leader used to working in large complex organisations within a finance based team (think payroll, accounts payable or a shared service model)..

You'll combine this
  • Experience in building and leading high performing teams
  • Well-developed digital skills, including analysis of data for issue analysis or reconciliation
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and engage at all levels
  • The ability to build empathic, value add and trusted relationships
