Responsibilities: • Customize financial plans for each client, taking into consideration potential life changes and evolving financial needs • Build strong relationships with new clients, acting as their trusted advisor and actively seeking out potential prospects • Develop and offer financial advice and strategies that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial objectives Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • The candidate must obtain a Life & Health Insurance license, Series 7, and Series 66 within 6 months of hire • Desired qualifications include knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulation • Experience in Athletics, Sales, Military, or Real Estate, is highly valued and aligns with our top advisors • Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulation is desired • You must either have U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card & live in the United States Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 at plan commission
