About the Job

Are you a strong credit controller seeking a new and exciting challenge? Do you want to be part of our credit control team, that is responsible for monitoring and managing our external trade customer's debt?

Are you excited by the thought of having to work collaboratively with and through others? If so, we want to hear from you!

You will be expected to provide great customer service to our internal trade sales teams and external trade customers (over 2000) and will be responsible for ensuring that all trade customers are contacted appropriately to ensure that they pay our bills on-time. In addition you will be required to process payments onto the customer's account whilst ensuring that you adhere to our credit policies and procedures.

This role is initially a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will speak another European language although this isn't essential.
