What to expect:

  • Provide a structured framework for timely delivery and development of structured and ad hoc analytics within powerpoint formats, e.g. responses to Board, Monthly Key Performance Indicator reporting, financial and management information as required by the business, working in close conjunction with the FP&A and operational teams across the Group.
  • Drive key analytics and insights agenda, proactively identifying and prioritising the book of work and ensuring all stakeholder expectations are fully managed. Develop insightful outputs, assessing and translating requirements to provide commercial outcomes for the business. Appropriately challenging requirements and the way things are done to get the best outcomes for stakeholders and team.
  • Collaborate & support on the Transformation agenda as required, including owning specific analytical projects such as Product Profitability (the development of a comprehensive tool to support profitability insights for business decision making processes including strategic investments and pricing, as well as provide an improved control mechanism for reconciliations). This project will include Revenue, Cost of Sales & gross Margin scrutiny.
  • Partnering with the Commercial Finance team, use KPI models to deliver enhanced forecasting capabilities
  • Proactively seek continuous improvements to maintain and enhance outputs through automation or other efficiencies, with strong governance and control models; and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure insights remain relevant and up to date
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, Finance, Business Intelligence team as well as Group functions to ensure insights leverage best practice across Paysafe
  • Deliver additional ad hoc complex Reporting Demands as requested by the business using the most appropriate tool
  • In collaboration with the BI team - standardise, automate and deliver new reporting requirements leveraging product profitability model and ad hoc analytical findings.
  • Prepare documentations, reports, designs documents, covering all areas of product profitability
  • Provide ad hoc support to line manager as requested


Your profile:

  • Highly organized, able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Keen analytical and commercial mindset, with advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Hyperion, Tableau or similar solutions also desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to summarise matters concisely both verbally, in written and presentation forms
  • An excellent team player with the ability to work proactively
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and broader finance and business community with resilience to challenge
  • Experienced commercial finance professional (CIMA / ACA / ACCA accreditation or equivalent) with financial/ management accounting / business performance background
  • Financial Services or Payments industry experience desirable
