Job Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY, a leading HR Consultancy in Chennai. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas.
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with statutory regulations and compliance, especially related to HR or recruitment processes.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring regular updates and addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze account activity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and account activities to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST filing and other related activities.
