Client specializes in customised electrical furniture, bringing electrical and data services to their client's desks.Salary Bracket: R18 000 - R21 000 (experience and skill set dependent)Starting date - ASAP General requirements:

Own transport
No Smoker
Live in the Lanseria area
Diploma or Degree in accounting


Xero Online Accounts platform experience needed
Previous bookkeeping experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of SharePoint would be a bonus, but training will be provided in any event
Microsoft Teams, Excel and Outlook competent

Duties will include the following:

Wage Payroll
PAYE and IRP5 submissions
WCA annual submissions
Client cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
Maintaining an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Maintain the trial balance by a reconciliation of cashbooks and general ledgers
VAT calculations and submissions
General bookkeeping of clients books up to Trial Balance
Preparing VAT reconciliations
