The Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager position offers a competitive package depending on experience, our client offers a basic salary of £40,000 to £52,500 and a wealth of benefits including a competitive bonus. Working in the organisation's Edinburgh office, you will be given the opportunity to progress your career in a supportive and progressive setting.


Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for financial control and reporting - accountable for day-to-day finance operations of the business and accurate reporting of financial results to the head of Finance and the Operational Board.
You will gain great exposure as you will be dealing with senior stakeholder within the business to work to improve processes. Alongside this, you will be responsible for cashflow reconciliation and planning, taking account to trail balance and creating reports for board meetings. You will also be responsible for end-end accounting duties.
This role will provide great exposure to the successful candidate alongside the long term ability to mould the wider team and organisation.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and commercial finance professional with a strong end-end finance background within a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong analytical ability, commercial acumen and be capable of communicating effectively with non-financial stakeholders providing meaningful insight to help educate decision-making. A willingness to grow and learn within the organisation is an essential trait required.
