About the Role
The SASOC Operator is the first point of contact for all enquiries related to Security & Access. Dealing with enquiries from within Spark and external stakeholders including other ISPs, Network providers/partners worldwide & the general public.
You will gain an understanding of the technology and systems that make up the Spark security Network and how they interact with each other and impact our stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our Networks and Infrastructure, helping to maintain, monitor and process access to Sparks sites all around New Zealand.
In this 24/7 shift-based role within Service Operations, you'll be in the spotlight, providing quality outcomes within agreed timeframes in accordance with our SLA's

Ability to work in a collaborative matrix model, inspire customer centric behaviour.

Ability to work with third parties for the delivery of commercial services (including onshore / offshore)

Understanding of Agile and Agile processes and experience working in an agile environment.

Relevant qualifications in ICT/IT preferred

Relevant technical qualifications preferred
