Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: Up to $65,000

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of our company, including maintaining financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the bookkeeping process, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Non-degreed candidates welcome to apply.
