Are you a financial specialist capable of overseeing daily accounting operations while maintaining a strong focus on profitability? You might be the perfect candidate for our next full-charge bookkeeper! You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating reports. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of Quickbooks Desktop experience and has worked with books for multiple entities at once. Please apply as soon as possible if this describes you!

• Undertake regular payroll audits and distribute paychecks to all employees
• Assess a list of daily revenue activity to ensure accountability, balance general ledger accounts, and fix any discrepancies or problematic accounts
• Increase profitability by evaluating balance sheets, income, expense accounts, and recommended adjustments while preserving accuracy
• Produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets to assist the day-to-day accounting procedures and operations
• Track and record all accounts receivable accurately, while also generating and managing accounts payable invoicing

Responsibilities will include:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage and process payroll and payroll taxes
• Maintain employee files
• Process new hire forms
• Prepare journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements
• Communicate with vendors and customers
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Manage phones
• Provide administrative support to management
• Banking
• Other tasks as assigned


• Must have a high school diploma or GED; highly prefer a degree in finance or related field
• Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Exemplary communication skills, math skills, strong leadership skills, and customer service skills are vital
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must.3+ years payroll experience
• 3+ years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required
• Must have strong work ethic and high level of organizational skills
• The ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Self-Motivated and able to work independently, or as a team
• Knowledge of standard office equipment
